POSHRADS is operated by Heat and Art Ltd. We supply designer radiators, heated towel rails and heating accessories.

Delivery coverage and charges

Standard delivery is free to UK mainland addresses (England, Scotland and Wales), with no minimum order value. We do not currently deliver online orders to Northern Ireland, British Forces (BFPO) addresses or destinations outside the UK mainland; please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any applicable delivery charge.

Delivery times

Delivery arrangements depend on the item and destination. Please check the delivery information provided for your selected product or contact our team for the expected lead time before placing your order. For bespoke or made-to-order items, ask us to confirm the expected delivery schedule.

Damage or problems on arrival

Please inspect your delivery and let us know promptly if anything is damaged, missing or incorrect. Reporting visible delivery issues within three calendar days helps us investigate promptly. This request does not limit your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
